Mobile Money – Official ( Blantyre)

Reporting to Senior Accountant MM, the official Mobile Money will be responsible for carrying out day to day mobile finance operations.
Responsibilities
  • Posts transactions into SAP package
  • Prepares Agent reconciliations
  • Prepares GL account reconciliations
  • Prepares operational bank reconciliations
  • Processes payments
  • Invoices business partners and consequently ensures that the money is collected by them
  • Implements financial controls as designed
Educational and Professional Requirements
  • Minimum of a Diploma in Accounting from a recognized institution or its equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a busy environment
  • Be a self-starter and be able to pay attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge in SAP or any accounting package
  • Experience in banking operations will be an added advantage
